Can't be a new build with those top rockers(identical to my original rockers still in my shed circa 1996) unless someone bought the kit pre- 2005 , also the rocker towers had two supports after that date . Rockers were made using two triangular lazor cut steel 2mm gauge (with many holes for lightness) angled/welded together to form the rocker with lazor cut sections underneath. Tim did this for the first showing of his independant chassis sporting Triumph uprights with a SIGMA 1.6lt engine at the EXETER show .

Possibly it's Werner's Stylus or even the original red demo car of Pete Powell's :?:
