 Light covers
A long shot I know, but has anybody got a set of light covers they don't want.
Cheers

 Re: Light covers
I have just found someone who will vac-form the simple/cheaper version of these in 3mm polycarb, using the old formers. These are OK, but can go milky under UV light over time (ie years), and do scratch easily. (now theres a good selling pitch ) But they will fit a Stylus !! I am waiting for a quote, with required cost-effective production volumes. Its not straightforward as there can be lots of micro air bubbles causing rejects/seconds. Who might want some ?? They can also make the 2-part carbon effect plastic dashboards, & textured dash tops too. I'm still trying to find info on the original metal tooling for the hard profile perspex light cover. I know who the supplier was, but I think the tool has been disposed of over the years. Shame cos its pricey to replicate, and likely limited sales to justify it. Haven't given up just yet.

 Re: Light covers
OK then... the vac formers have my light covers tooling... am expecting to pickup some first-off sample parts on Monday in various materials & thicknesses. Obviously overall costs depend on the choice that gives the best finish quality vs cost per pair vs rejects/rework. Hope to have 10 sets available for those that want them in early January, with another batch to follow if there is demand.
