Front antirollbar kit

I'm in the process of making 6 of these kits with Tim's agreement . This may lead to other parts being made available subject to costs / margin .
Each ' kit ' will contain -- a 5/8 ths inch bar with 3 adjustment levels -- 4 brackets to bolt behind top and bottom shock mounts -- 2 poly mounting blocks for the bar -- 2 unthreaded links (cut to length -- suiting cars suspension travel -- you thread ) -- 4 high quality rod ends to join links to shock mounts from bar -- 8 rod end spacers -- 8 nuts/bolts .
Total cost was £160--00p plus post at cost or collect. (new spec' since 1st order - alloy hex link rods - threaded) Cost now £168.50p & negociating coating the kit
will advise £ -ASAP .
Only 2 holes to drill , one through each front chassis triangle , just in front of the engine . Loosen bottom shock bolts / slide in slotted brackets . Remove top shock bolts / bolt U bracket to it . Clamp the bar . Connect and adjust rod ends / links . JOB DONE
Supplied bilthamber treated/painted . This bar knocked 1 sec' off my Goodwood PB time. Fitted to a softer ride road car will give much less roll on corner entry/exit so better handling without resorting to very high spring rates as on mine. Obviously will not effect your existing ride / comfort level.

And me one, don't know when chances like this may come again. For the future, whats the chance of doing the 'bent' lower trailing arms next ?
Steve.

Noted Steve , I'll keep one for you once made up. Rear arms -- long travel are already on my thinking list . I am also measuring up a FURY soon to check antirollbar fit and making rear long travel arms for it
That will mean fitting 15 in shocks though , with 10 in spring , don't forget . I run 14 's but my car is VERY low
Rob(looks as though 6 kits wont be enough

I'm up for new stylus trailing arms too. And as you're at it, front bent A arms are also on the wishlist, the ones I have pinch the bottom ball joint rubbers.
Are you an official SSC dealer now Rob?
What's next? Chassis' ?

I'd need a pattern & can't use mine because it's not ' Stylus ' now up front --- my own wishbones plus RACELEDA uprights etc / rose jointed

No -- couldn't claim that , merely asked Tim's '' o.k. '' to make a ' few ' bits for the guys on the forum
What's next? Chassis' ?
Not unless I bought the manufacturing rights
Noted Werner ---- one pair of trailing long travel arms

That's because KITS aren't selling (being in Llanidloes doesn't help) and he can't make a living selling ' bits ' . Maybe if there were 700 or more Stylus's out there as there are FURY's for instance then a living can be made even if no ' kits ' are sold . Repairs , upgrades , race damage , etc etc. For instance I'd have to sell 100 ' bars ' to make £5000 before tax / overheads and with only 90 guys on this forum NOT much chance of that. But then I have another income

Don't rush with the rear arm - I think I'll make sure I have all the spring rates correct first as I'm not sure what the car came with. Hopefully the rate is still marked on the end of the springs...

Your 'spring rate' , for your car and purpose will be exactly that -- YOURS . Long travel arms will need 15 in shocks to suit , preferably AVO 1.9 in with 10 in springs & lbs to suit
So it's possible but unlikely that your existing springs will be suitable.
