Yep! Seem to be getting conflicting info on what forms to use! Did you need to get Matt to do a cert of newness? DVLA are saying to use the V55/4 which is for new vehicles and kit cars, but appears to be based on using all new parts, which I haven't! So I think I need to use the V55/5 and the V627/1...

Has anyone gone through IVA/SVA with a standard mini steering wheel fitted? With one fitted, I can only just get my legs under the wheel and cannot really operate the pedals correctly. may well do. To be honest, I fiddled around with the bar when testing the brakes and found no difference in doing so! On a track it most likely shows I would expect

Does anyone have any clue as to what thread Tim used on his own brake bias bar? Usual sizes are 3/8 or 7/16 UNF, of which it is neither!

First thing I would highly advise doing, is converting it to a flip front! Makes working in the engine bay so easy and you can remove the entire bonnet assembly in around 10 mins to get the engine out etc.

Never made it in the end! Decided to get a load done on the Stylus instead!

i read an article from Merlin Motorsport after posting this and it sais exactly the same thing, that the front rod should be 3-4mm longer than the rear. At present they are equal length, hence the rears are locking out before the fronts and causing issues!

Has anyone fitted Tim's own brake bias peddle box assembly? If so, did the bias work ok? Put the car on brake rollers last night and the bias bar appears to be sending the brakes all over the place and you get different breaking efforts each time!
