It is more scary and more work than just removal and fitting of new panels - lots of filler and sanding involved .... nice ..... :roll:

Unless someone corrects me there are two body kits - the "regular" stylus and the more aggresive (If that is the right word) RT. What is involved in re-bodying from the regular to RT? Is the body a bolt on/off affair or attached by more permanent means? Will both fit the same chassis - I u...

wow - that is very useful - thanks for taking the time to write that all up!! :D

presumable parts such as the rocker arms are still avaialble for the older cars or can the newer ones be used?

(from photos I have seen, the early ones are pressed steel and later ones being made of tube).

quickie - what can you tll me about a 1997 chassis? How do they differ to the latest ones? wouold it have in-board shocks at the front. The rear is for live axle - is it easy to change for IRS? i.e. wishbones and components avaliable from SSC - I realise that the rear would need some chooping and we...

Are SSC still operating?

Last time I read on here - which is going back 4 or more months the bloke running it was ill and business put on hold.

Looking at the Stoneligh flyer, I cannot see SSC on there - anyone know if they will be attending?

Looking for a Stylus RT

After completing a part built Formula 27 (lotus 7 type) kit car, I am very much considering building an RT - I guess that's the reason for me joining :) Ideally looking for latest rolling chassis, body work present but not necessarily fitted plus most of the parts included except engine (will be 2.0...
