Re: Little BRG Stylus SOLD NOW !

Think I may be wrong about the use of the screw on the right though, will ...

Re: Little BRG Stylus SOLD NOW !
Little update, I have had a look into the linkage sems they are all like this obviously the spring has sufficient rate to allow the movement tof the left by the right throttle spindle (it is quite a stiff spring) so it should just be a case of adjusting as per the weber book but using the RH as the ...

Re: Weber Alpha full system
Decided not to sell at the moment due incorrectly balanced set will look to ballane prior to selling so new owner can bolt on and go, dont want to pass my issues onto someone else. Anyone still interested let me now though as shouldnt be long and they will be going.

Thats hellish for him would be devistated.
Seems like an expensive swap looking through the details though, also looks to be high believe he said 4" bonnet mods needed, still thinking Zetec at the moment.

Re: Weber Alpha full system
Mainly i feel the system is better complete especially to someone doing a carb to bodies conversion, I am still undetermined on choke size required for future engine up grades and swaps also so may be looking to increase body size to 45mm. Good to know there are buyers out there for these systems th...

Re: Little BRG Stylus SOLD NOW !
Out of a matter of intrest any one know Block + head weights for Zetec vs Duratec vs Sigma? I've not actually weighed them all on the same scales, but I have weighed my Sigma at 70kgs (bare). I believe the Duratec HE is 10-15kgs heavier - it's physically larger, though the family resemblance is cle...

Re: Little BRG Stylus SOLD NOW !
Seeing as you're so stuck on the ST170 , I'll throw in the fact that one of my competitors has a 615kgs MK1 Escort spaceframe fitted with the ST170 engine ------------ it has 280bhp plus runs on 10 inch rear 8 inch front slicks --- The ' rub ' is that my little 600kgs Stylus 231bhp silvertop , on r...
