Hi there, Cheers for the compliment on the car, and cheers for spotting my typo...it should say 20gs lighter. That was actually achieved very easily as from build the car had a rather bizarre plumbing system which consisted of several lengths of large bore copper tubing running the length of the sil...

Not sure about Carlos or the Escort x-pack... more of an age to remember the Mexico bulges... BUT if it's done well it'll look fine... heck they added some bulges to an AC and they came up with the Cobra (plus sodding big engine etc.) and that went down well, besides as you mention the RT is further...

Hi Bikenuts, Sorry it's taken so long to get them but I've got some photo's apparently of the engine mounts on my car finally. It went from Tim to do the suspension to Essex for the head and then back to Tim again set up the suspension better before eventually going to a chap in Coventry who is now ...

Hi Matt, ... Finally picked them up on Monday as had been waiting for the head to be sorted, so haven't had a chance to see yet. Have been told they will fit by Tim but may need a new sub base. ( Got to say a BIG thank you to Simon as well for his help with the seats...and they are absolutely lovely...

Hi Phil, Sorry for late reply....been out of the country.... Not as yet.... only got the car back from Tim re. the suspension rebuild the other week, car then went immediately to get the head sorted out ... has now been sorted out and will be back end of next week.... very interesting what they foun...

Hi Rob, Cheers very much for reply. I see what you mean but am still slighlty perplexed by the whole issue as although the Stylus 'n RT as a kit doesn't come with 17's ...neither does the production Soarer...but if you stick with the factory offset when you upgrade to them then you get a much better...
