Hi Matt

I purchased SSC02092 Blue V8 off Jeff Bond back in June 2012. Unfortunately it is being rebuilt at the moment as it had a trip through a road sign and down a 4 foot deep ditch on its side, oopps. ( walked away without a scratch)

The new wish bones have been manufactured in tube a little thicker then the tissue paper ones that had let go on a right hand bend.
The replacement parts are all ready to put back on the beast but the front bodywork will need to be repaired in the warmer weather and out side as the little wife does not like the smell of resin ? I should have it all done for next spring ready for another fun packed summer.

Glyn

ps Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area can not get to grips with the lay out of this web site.

Hi Glynn, use epoxy instead. No smell, goes off quicker and doesn't shrink and pull shapes in the panel. Down side is it is a little more expensive and must be mixed more accurately. Mike

Thanks for the tip. I do have a local TVR body repair guy around the corner so I am going to let him have a look and see what cash might do? Need it back on the road before the spring.

Hope you get it mended soon! I'd like to see some pictures once it's repaired, and your hood has been made.
