Seems to me the photo file size is a bit tempramental.
It says you've got 2mb to upload, but I've tried it with 250Kb files & it fails.
But... if you resize at 99% it seems to work.
Must be something to do with how the pic is saved & the structure of the file.
I've used Microsoft Picture editor, rather than my cameras Nikon one & the file size shrinks massively.
So a bit of trial & error needed ....
