Post by anton »

  • Tim i have been trying to get hold of you for several months now with absolutely no avail. I appreciate i may be a pain in the arse but i would really like to give you some money and recieve some bits so that i can complete my car. Please get in contact, either on here or by email or phone. In addition i still haven't recieved my rack extensions or handbrake and i REALLY need to get the braking system finished before doing anything else.

    Please pleas contact me.

But if he'd contact us before LLandow he could bring stuff with him and we could give him money making it a profitable day for him too!

Have you tried leaving messages on his answerphone? Whenever I've tried to ring him, he never seems to answer the phone, but has *always* phoned me back after I've left a mesage.

Yup unfortunately any text messages, answering machine messages or emails appear to have fallen by the wayside recently.

Still no response - i'd hoped to get up to Llandow and catch him there but needs must and i ended up working, so still if anyone manages to speak to him i still need to get hold of him.

Alternatively does anyone either want to buy a rolling shell and body with most components ready to complete or has anyone a spare hand brake, windscreen, dash top, track rod extensions and role bar, willing to purcahse and collect?

Now i have most bits i just want to finish the thing but need a few key parts and i'm getting really pee'd off

i would try Fisher Sports Cars. The cars are very similar and the guys there are extreamly helpful and have loads of time to go through things with you. Their prices are also very good.

Met the Fisher guys at the Donnington Kit Car show over the weekend and they were extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about Tim and SSC. I don't belive they are after poaching Tim's customers but they will gladly help Stylus owners who are struggling for parts were the parts are interchangeable.

Any news on Tim?
