Hi there,
Thank you very much.
So, I'm Werner Van Loock, 29years old (turning 30 soon!)
I have a girlfriend called Gitte and a 2,5 year old daughter called Rayna.
We live in Antwerp Belgium in a house with a garage of 3m by 8,5m (for the car off course)
I work for a company that provides and services automation products for the heavy industries. And it's office is in holland.
I've always been a carfreak. Started many years ago racing RC model cars (electric). This has always been my hobby, but when Rayna arrived that halted as it takes a lot of time away from home.
Also some modelcar friends started tuning and racing real cars. Then I got stinged by the kitcarbug.
Now 5 years after the bug I finally bought a unfinished Stylus project. In those 5 years my taste changed several times. Started with the DAX rush, then the aeon GT³ and finally I ended at the stylus (also the stuart taylor and fisher fury were on the list)
But the stylus has the most to offer.
I'm also a member of the KCC (kitcarclub netherlands) Speedon (mischa)the dutch importer for the stylus is also member there and another member (marcel) just bought a new stylus kit. So the amount of styli is growing.
Hope to meet all of you some day and maybe organize a event for the club. And may the stylus be with you
If you have something to share with the club, feel free to contact me.
About me and maybe you?

Hello,
my name is Marcel, 38 years old, married for about 16 years now with Jolanda, no kids, we live in the Netherland near to Rotterdam.
I always liked cars but when I was doing some work on my third Speedster (VX220) I got the idea to build my own car.
Looking around for types I ended with the Stylus RT
End of story is that SSC is not able to deliver the car after two disapointments, first we would pick it up 9 April, second time would be after stoneleigh, still isn't ready, and Tim is not able to tell when it will be, so we decided we don't wait and look for another kitcar.
Greetings Marcel.

About me and maybe you !
Hi Guys and perhaps girls ? I'm Rob , 61 yrs old and live in Aston Clinton Bucks ENGLAND . My wife is Frances and we have two children with three grandchildren. I've wanted to drive and race quick cars all my life but it took '' MR BLAIR's '' first budget to jog me into spending my would be pension savings on building a STYLUS and to hell with tomorrow !!!
I really loved the ULTIMA but the budget to build a really high spec' with no doner bits car was totally above my level .(£40,000 for the right bits ?) Then I spied the Stylus in a mag' which was right on the money plus Frances would probably love it too(wrong there then !) Ordered it in Sept' 97 , thinking I'd have it built in 6mths(telling everybody it would be finished in a year). I was finished in August 99 . Promtly took a client/friend out in it , who has an F40 in his French garage . Amazingly he told me his F40 had nothing on the Stylus till over 80mph !
BEEN PLAYING WITH IT EVERSINCE . Rob.

Hi
I'm Steve I live in Worceter England with my wife Tanya, Daughter Holly, son Pete, foster child Chloe and numerous of their friends who seem to haunt the place. Tanya enjoys decent cars too but prefers the off the peg solution. (Merc C180 coupe). Im building my car to a tight budget, sourcing many second hand parts off ebay, scrap yards etc. (Quite the poor relation.) As a result, my build has taken nearly 3 years so far, but I'm still having fun. Is there anyone else going down the scrimp-and-save route?
Steve

I'm doing a as cheap as possible but still has to look nice build. Bought the kit as unfinished project wich only got to rolling chassis. Firstly wanted the all alloy Zetec S, but just found out that they still cost a lot, so it'll be a zetec E now. Just found a 1.8 zetec complete with anciliaries and ECU and all and still in the car for 200£. Only have to modify the inlet manifold and build a plenum chamber.
So all trying to keep it lo cost. Only have to figure out if the engine is a 105, 115 or 130bhp model.

Hi all,
I'm Neil, 33 years old, Married to Clare for 12 years now and currently expecting our first child in a few weeks time! I live in Ashford, kent and first saw the stylus about 5 years ago, ironically when going to look at the Fisher Fury! I have always wanted to build a kit car since I was a kid being arround an uncle who built a pilgrim buldog. I really didn't want a severn type car as I am not a big fan of them, so I was looking at the Fury. When I saw the stylus I thought it was miles better so moved down that route. I was about to buy the kit when Pete launched the RT, so figured I would wait a while to see how it would turn out. Started the build in September 2004 and still working on it, (So much for my orrigional idea of 18 months!) Really hoping it would be done for the donnington show this year, but it looks like I won't get it done in time especially now that my mechanical skills are going to be put to use changing nappies soon!
