New Owner
Hello
I'm fairly new to Stylus ownership, and thought I should enter the forum, because its been useful to me so far.
I bought Andy Hills car which is pictured on the website last December. It has needed a fair amount of time and cash to bring it to a point where I'm now really happy with it.
A quick list of the work so far:
Removed bonnet and boot hinges and fitted pins instead so there is better access and room,
Clutch rebuilt,
Larger exhaust silencer fitted which needed the sill cut out for fitment,
New high back Intertrim seats
Wheels painted black, with new A048 yokos fitted. ( I couln't afford new 15's just yet)
Painted the headlight area black and fitted tinted covers
Fitted bike fairing indicators within the headlight area to replace the MGF ones that looked too big for the car. This gave me room to fit an air intake for a pipercross airbox I have.
In April I also went to Tims and he fitted long travel rear suspension, new bushes all round, and set the car up. Very helpful and the mods have improved the car so much. You can drive it on any road surface without the previous pain caused by any bump.
I was disapointed that the car was not running properly for the stylus trackday, but things always take longer than planned. I hope to take it out to trackdays next year though.
I'm new to this forum stuff, and will try to upload some pics as well. If there arn't any its not worked.
Cheers, Nick

Welcome !
Hello Nick ,
Photos are on here but absolutely huge --- too large to view Great that you have the uprated rear arms though and sticky rubber certainly brings out the best in a Stylus
Rob.

SSC's covers are moulded to fit classic and RT.Antnicuk wrote:will your tinted ones fit any classic?, if so do you want to sell them?
