Whats the latest on manifolds?
I need a manifold for a zetec and spoke to BGH geartech/Fury and they said they had supplied a busa manifold to somebody with a Stylus and quote "it was 95% the way there!". Anybody know who this is (his name might be Hamilton!!?) He went on to say he would speak to his exhaust fabricator and get back to me having quoted £285 for the manifold and £140 for silencer.
Anybody know of any other options?
Thanks Pete C

Sounds way too cheap to be any good to me plus it needs cut/shutting  Good power comes from equally lengthed primaries for a zetec of between 28 and 32 inches . Equal being the operative word as opposed to being either 28 , 29 or 31 etc . Then into a 4 into 1 collector flowing through a 2.5 inch pipe .
I just love the Stylus but she keeps swallowing £££ !

We are going to get someone to make ours. It looks a nightmare to do and want it to be right really for future power up-grades etc!

That's the cheapest long term solution . After a few tears nearly everybody upgrades so better to be correct for later than '' will do for now ''

Same thing here in S.S. would cost you 400 to 600 pounds done properly  Factory/with kit manifolds are usually just tubes to carry the smoke to the back BUT cheap at 200 ish ---- actually bloody expensive after you thrown it away and bought the proper manderel bent , primary lengthed SS job
