The good ol' 0870 con is in full swing at DVLA :evil: , so I thought anyone frustrated at this might be interested in this site:
http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php
search for DVLA and you can get most of the direct dial numbers for local offices and the non 0870 number for Swansea.
now if only there was a way to get my money back!!

this website works for pretty much all 0870 and 0845 numbers as well as some other premium rate numbers! i've been using the alternative natwest bank local number for telephone banking for years! i'm not going to give them any more of my money!
