i hadnt thought about the cylinder head, but just my experience with rotaries, they corrode terribly inside when you dont use lots of a good quality antifreeze. I have used water wetter in my charge cooler but no antifreeze.
Help! just starting out

Edit: Getting the hang of it............. Slowly

Was this about the rubbish weather or the specific gravity of our coolant?

Well i got up at 6.30 tis morning to go to the Goodwood breakfast club, all togged up nice and warm and set off, whilst minding my own business on the M27 there appeared a large Bently blower flatcap and goggles behind me doing a much greater speed than i would be happy doing on wet cold roads in my A6 and as he passed he indicated that i ought to speed up by waving his hand and i thought i was a little mad. Well i let him carry on just as well because very shortly after him was a silver Octavia with these odd lights flashing in the back window and blue ones on the roof luckly he went A3 and Mr Flatcap and i went A27 only to find that i should havechecked the web site it had been cancelled due to the weather BUT THE SNOW WAS GONE!!!
