Your rear ARB reduces the weight transfer to the front in cornering so you will tend to understeer more although your rubbish Tyres won't help . Are the shocks double adjusters Kelvin :?: and what's the rake(less rake , more understeer) I'd like to know what spring lbs front and rear and the shock settings (or rather the proportion of the total clicks)---- all these have an effect on grip in cornering BUT then I'm sure your guy knows all about that .
I just love the Stylus but she keeps swallowing £££ !

Yes .co.uk, I'll get some photos's of thje ARB, can't describe it only seen it once, the great thing about living in Asia is I don't have to do the ework myself, the cost of a mechanic is so low, as an example I had a vistor for the UK last weekend into UK club racing, he could not belive the club scene here, race weekend on Sepang F1 150 pound enterence fee, my race mechanic and his assitent for three days was 300 pounds, thye collected the car from my place on friday, put it throught scrutineering and delivered it back sunday, I just turned up to drive, my vistor said I could never afford that in UK.

The TVR on the website are really interesting

The BMW is a mechanicaly std 2.8 but it does have a mapable ecu and non std injectors, it does go well, proffessionally well set up on the suspension and it is well driven, it is also very light, I think he said it was 1020KG. My car when it is running right is about 10sec a lap quicker than it, which Is why I'm upset with grip in the vidio

Hi Antnicuk, here are some picture of the rear anti roll bar, basicaly the mounts are bolted to the chassie member two drop links contected to new brackets on the top of the axil, hope these are usfull pics.

Found out why my handling was off, got the Mitchilin tyre tec in and he checked the pressure, 1.8 bar cold, my mechanic was not at last race, and I had his mate, he asked be the tyre pressure and I said 18psi cold, the slicks I have don't work above 1.9 hot according to the tec, so now feeling pretty stupid/lazy.

Been meaning to post here for a while but had a problem with the pictures, (which Mat has now solved. thanks). End of last year I hit the wall backwards, on the start line at Sepang at 125MPH, having spun in the wet, moved the back axil and had to do a lot of work on the body, so 6 months of work, and I know have;
The body 6inches wider, full flat floor and rear diffuser, front spliter and removable front end.
Bigger turbo on the SR20, which has been fully rebuilt, open exhaust exiting aft of the front wheel, new inlet, bigger injectors,
Rear axil now located with round air craft alloy training arms, rose jointed, with the upper links kept rubber.
The new body is around 50Kg lighter and the whole car on 17 inch wheels is now 675Kg with fluids but no fuel.
Brakes are of an Evo 6, radiator, inter cooler and oil cooler are fully ducted,
Roll hoop replaced with a full FIA cage, Hans Compatable seat, new six point belts, Haltech dash and ecu, and a date logger fully plumed fire system.
On a calbrated rolling road we got 374.8BHp at the road wheel, so allowing 30bhp loss in the transmission this is 600BHp a tonne.
Uping the boost gave over 430 but we decided it might be usfull to have a bit of reliability and finish.
Run the car yesterday and awsome, but gear box let go and couldn't get 4th so no fast laps, new gear box goes in today ready for racing this weekend, currently looking for a dog box.
Car won the championship last year and is now 50Kg lighter and 70 bhp up on power.
New shocks and springs have not arrived yet, so will run the weekend with the old ones.
