You can use the original brackets. Look closely at Rob's recent pics & you can just see the bottom wishbone mount.
Basically you need the spacers that have to be ordered with the rod-ends.
As shown in the ARB fitting here.. "viewtopic.php?f=15&t=641"
One each side of the joint give it the room to pivot in a lateral direction (left-right), rather than just circular rotation up-down. They need to be done up tight to clamp the centre part of the bearing, so the rod-end work properly.
On the 1/2 inch ends, they add about 1/4 inch each side.
The rest of the gap can be taken up with penny washers (or a nicely turned spacer).
I used washers, as you can play with the thickness to get the setup angles you want.
You can get rubber boots for the rod-ends too if you can be bothered to fit them. (pain to fit, but keep the crap out).
Alternative quick & simple way, for castor adjustment, I just shaved the edge off the front face of where the poly bushes fit & cut down the inner tube. Then rewelded round the ends (as you cut most of the orignal weld away).
This means you can shove the wishbone further toward the front of the car. Provided you leave the rocker alone, this steepens the castor angle (and you can set them both the same). Fill the gap behind the wishbone with washer/spacer. Doesn't give you any camber or track width change other than the Sherpa lower joint though.
OK for me, (for now ), Rose joint front end might happen soon, other things to do first ! .
