I just bolted the ali over the top as a bit more heat and fire protection as turbo rotary engines give off lots of heat and the exhaust runs in front of it. Beingn bolted it doesnt seem to have any issues with expansion.

Keep up the good work, what do you have planned next?

Decided to remove the reverse & fog lights from the rear, Started by 'thinning' around the holes which were to be filled untill they were around a mil thick then taped over them from the outside

Nice & thin so i dont get a crack where they have been filled, smeered a touch of grease on the tape to stop it sticking to the fibreglas

What a very thorough job Ross 8) You may have had a fault filled Stylus to work from but you really are going through every detail and sorting as you go ---- very nice to see  Tim/ssc would be pleased to see how thorough you're being about a car that ' bugged ' him over what it needed but many skated around
Nice to chat with you yesterday at Matt's event at Aldershot and didn't he do well :D
I just love the Stylus but she keeps swallowing £££ !

Wow, I'm impressed. I've stripped the powder coating off the chassis in small areas at a time, it takes ages. You've spent masses of time on that. How did you flip the thing on it's back?
