Thanks for the drawings, although It think I'll go with a 45deg tail pipe rather than 90 like yours.
I've got a repackable on order from wunoff, and now just need to get a manifiold sorted.
I found a place near to me in Chadwell Heath, east london called Flowtech Exhausts who should be able to do that.
So just need to finalise the spec for that. I know it's 4:1 and equal length, but what size is recommended for the headers?
Any other pointers?

Mine are 1 7/8ths but am running 231bhp , although the manifold was made when I ran 200bhp just in case I upgraded in the future ---- I did so that was a good decision otherwise you're paying twice. It was ok for the 200bhp and don't think I lost any power , it's the through pipe that was really too large for the 200bhp at 2.75 inches BUT perfect now. 2 1/2 inch was advised for my 200bhp :wink:
I just love the Stylus but she keeps swallowing £££ !
