Fury Carpets

Post by Sook »

Afternoon all,

I've just been doing a bit of casual Sunday afternoon surfing while watching me and it occurred to me that I could use a set of Fury carpets (particularly the tunnel carpet) on the Stylus, given the similarity in that area. Can anyone who has more experience with the Fury confirm this would be the case?

I only ask as I'm getting close to the point where I can get the Stylus back on the road but I don't trust my carpeting skills (they're probably just better than my wiring skills, which isn't saying much after my small electrical fire while rewiring the dash! )

I doubt it would fit . Bulkhead to seatpan is a different measurement and the tunnell's not the same. The similarity is really in the general chassis and suspension design ie. JPhillips ideas not measurements. Even the rear trailing links have a different mounting point for the shock , although the links are the same length.

Just cut some paper or cardboard templates then make up the carpet from them . I've still got my fitted carpets that I had made bespoke , if you fancied a drive out you could copy them in paper here if it helps
I just love the Stylus but she keeps swallowing £££ !
