I would need to have a full leg off to get me near my target weight according to all these wonderful graphs I will need to shed 5 stone which will not be happening.

That's pushing weight loss to a silly level , last time we met if you'd lost 2st you would have been as fit as a fiddle Who reckons your target should be 5st then
I can't walk far enough to do me any good now so I bike on a daily basis , around 4/5 miles a day keeps my weight steady and the BP down 20 less than previously
