MG & Plato in 2012

I went with Stu ' to Silverstone yesterday to see the MG6 launched and on test. Apparently it didn't actually have all the new parts fitted yet so only did demonstration laps , not all out flying laps . It certainly looked the part but we didn't get to see under it's bonnet . I did get photos though , in particular , under the rear as it was loaded for home and it looked pretty ' trick ' . I had a look under a road car to see the difference and it was very big lumps of suspension --- nothing visually like the race car.
Plato wasn't around but I did see Neate who lives in Aylesbury , right on my doorstep. MG drivers of all marques were there to see the car (& check out the pit girls !)
Sitting in the BRDC grandstand , it looked as though the AUDI & BMW's cornered fasted without drama .
The deal with 888 racing was only done 6 or 8 weeks ago , hence the car not being finished
