1, making the radiator mounting easer,
Yes this one has been done recently -- all part of the '' module '' x 3 build kit now.
2, there was something adjustable on the rear end to do with live axle,
Panhard rod ---- trailing links(helps in set up)
3, different bushes,
There are 8 bushes on the rear excluding the panhard rod . Two of these are now metalastic . Axle end .(allows a little more flex in the system)
4, something to do with caster or camber at the front,
Not sure what mod' your refering to -- unless you mean adjustable bottom wishbones which also have a ' kink ' in them on the outer end . (camber/caster can then easily be adjusted -- the kink makes a better angle with the rod end attaching the upright.)
Remember of course that the RT is 50mm wider track than the classic .(this makes the body look more 2006 and aids turn in plus helps prevent rear wheel lift in hard cornering diagonally -- hence less roll.)
I've modded my classic to be 40mm wider front track amongst other things.
5, wheel size
Wheels and tyres on the classic were originally spec'd as 14 x 6 with 185 x 60 x 14 's. Now they are 15 x 7 with 195 x 45 x 15 's depending on which tyres you choose . Could be 205 x 50 x 15 's on the same rims. (bigger tarmac patch and fill the wheelarch nicely)
There was more but just cant think of them now, Just to much to take in in one go,
I think the other things you cannot recall are to do with quality of fit and ease of build . Module supply means for instance that lots of fibre glass work is all done for you . Door fitting etc.
Then of course there's the recent front anti rollbar developement which has the effect of very easy install even if your car is already built . If you had wanted to fit a front anti rollbar before , it would have meant taking the wishbones off to have brackets welded to them. It would also have been damn awkward to fit along the front chassis rail with radiator , wiring and steering rack in the way.
How's that for starters Dave ?

PS. Come on people put your penny's worth in, there is a lot of watchers and not a lot of chatters. Or is it me still buzzing after my drive.
