What handbrake Lever?

In another post I've said that I may need to move the handbrake Lever from its present position on the top of the trans tunnel to the normal side mount. What make of lever do people Use? And what cable do you Use?

I think that's what is fitted at the moment, has anybody got a picture of how you mount it on the side of the tunnel, or is it a case of make it up as you go.

There is a bar in the tunnel that the handbrake mounts to. Covered by the side panel.
