I have a problem the back hoop will not fit as the roll bar is in the way. There are two lots of velcro in which the hoop should be fixed but this is tight on top of the roll bar. What height is the roll bar supposed to be above the deck?

If your roll bar is to have any use at all , it must be above your head and preferably your helmet by a minimum of 50mm's . This being so , everyone's roll bar has to be different , due to their own height when seated , what seat and how fitted etc . So if you really want to fit a hood and an effective roll bar , the hood has to be made to fit your chosen roll bar height

I understand what you are saying but I bought my Stylus part built with what I assumed was a standard roll bar and soft top so I also assumed they would fit

Ah OK , then yes the standard rollbar did allow a hood fitting . Mine was lower than my helmeted head , hence the change . I seem to remember that there are only two hoops , one comes near to the rear of your standard rollbar , the other forward of it . The ally bracket that you attach to the fibreglass bodywork each side and it's single hole drilled close to the apex of that bracket , controls whether those hoops are in the right place or not . My car still has those holes where the ally bracket bolts on but sold the hood and fittings years ago .
The 3mm thick ally plate was shaped like a triangle , the long base the width across the two holes shown(with rubber bungs) , then two sides coming to a rounded point , where the pivot hole was drilled . The bracket was about 2.5 inches tall . Best I can do , sorry haven't got the hoops to show you
