Door Lock Gap

We have hung the inner doors. The driver side all looks to be fine, but the passenger side has a large gap at the back of the door where the door lock is (see pic)

Is this how they usually turn out? The door pins we have are quite long to reach the lock and want to make sure this is correct. The door looks fine in other places though.

Cheers

Matt

when i did my inner doors, i mounted them on the hinge so that the gaps at the back where the locks go were the same on both sides. the gaps were then different at the front. not quite so important. you don't want the lock pins too long or you'll tear your clothes!

It really doesn't matter as long as the pin will locate and shut/lock the door  Once you put the skins on none of these irregularities will be seen :D
