Testing the water

I've been looking at driver training and am in the process of organising a day at Millbrook for 12 cars. I will post up the details as soon as they're finished but as i say i'm testing the water.

I'm not affiliated but i do know the instructors. I will be paying the same as everyone else but i need 12 people to get the price down to what's quoted below.

Important things

Price about 275quid

What you get for that money - sessions on the Handling tack, high speed bowl, alpine track and skid pan.

Now the interesting bit!

All sessions are with an instructor so you will be learning about your car with someone who can help you get the best out of it. The four instructors are all (i think) members of the High Performance Drivers Club and hold experience in sprinting, track racing rallying and high performance instruction (they train police men too :D)

I appreciate it's an expensive day but it's not when you consider where you get to play with your cars and that you should come away with skill improved and an idea of how to be a safer, smoother driver.

Anyway show of hands if your interested.....

Sounds like a cracking day out and good value but as my car is still in bits it's not for me, maybe in 2009

Its a fair trek for me, but looks like a really valuable and fun day - so count me in (dependant upon dates etc).

Yellow? What's wrong with yellow???? 8)

The alpine track is awesome fun but the ' bowl ' and skidpan are not for me. At this price tag , it's too hot for me .If I were to spend that much I could have two test days at Goodwood OR an all day trackday.Sorry Anton :( (that's providing I could pass the DB's @ 98)
