Are we going to have a get together at all?
The track day last year was great as it allowed everyone to bring their cars even if they were not road worthy. But any get together must be good, even for just a BBQ.

Im getting excited as mine is going to Thruxton for a rolling road set up on monday, so need to get some "private" road enjoyment in.

I would be up for something, probably end of July/August, would say sooner but i can't be bothered to finish the car off

The car show is this Friday evening at Oakhanger near Bordon Hampshire,

Here is his reply. I cant make it but may be of intrest to others. I suggest if anybody is intrested they pm babybertha.

" entry is £12 per person and you can display your car if you wish..you get a burger or pork sarny i beleive..there will be a raffle and auction..we have held this event for the past two years and last year made over 6K for the local childrens hospice..we also had a mercedes mclaren show up along with some bugattis etc.im hoping to take an in build ultima and will show several other cars as well,last year we had over 100 cars on show, - Fridayy 27 starts at 6pm till late many thanks neville"

I think the meet Rob was referring to is Nev's summer meet at the Deer's Hut pub, Nr Liphook, on a Saturday mid July.
Quite a good show, usually with a car oriented "treasure hunt" & BBQ organised by Nev.

I'm going to his Charity thing on Friday night, I'll find out when the Deer's Hut is & post the detail.
