I've had a reply from the owner and he has quoted me £4950 fitted by them . I asked if my standard bottom end would be strong enough (I've fitted just ARP rod bolts) and he said yes. Apparently performance would be increased by 50% at 7psi boost and 65% at 12psi , provided it is chargecooled or intercooled.
So in my case that would be 255bhp or 280bhp at the wheels !!!!!!!! Not sure how long my box/clutch and diff' would last though. That would mean around £4500 extra to sort it. H'mmmmmmmmm ?

Sounds like a lot of money. Does this run on carbs or injection?

Well I told them what was fueling my car and other general spec' when emailing them so assumed the price included whatever they needed to use to run it. Carbs keep or chuck , not sure but if you add to it gearbox and axle which surely wouldn't take that torque it'd be £10,000 which is about what a 2.3 duratec at that power would cost plus box/axle Less sale of my all singing dancing ZETEC !!!
Nothing in it really cost wise but a big difference in front end weight if going duratec. Either way , can't afford one route or the other. Interesting exersize though !
