Insurance - Sureterm :-(

I have renewed my insurance through Sureterm. This for the 2nd time has been a mistake.
As a "member" of "club stylus" they offer discount. However I need proof in the form of a membership card or some other official clubstylus membership certificate. Is there such a thing?
Also I had problems with my original registration paperwork. There is a 2 week period (industry standard now?) from issuing a cover note on a chassis number to obtaining a registration number. However they took 4 working days to get a cover note to me (I got there blurb & requests to quote for other insurances within 2 days).
The cover note did not have my chassis number on it! I did not realise this until I took it to the DVLA. After it was pointed out to me I phoned Sureterm up, but could only get a return phone call request. No phone call was received, but I did get a text stating that a cover note had been sent out & I now only had 7 days to forward my registration number.
I phoned up the next day. No one to talk to, so had to wait for a return call. I did get one this time - in the evening. A new cover note was issued with the chassis number. This took 2 days to receive as of course it could not catch the post on the day of the call.
I duly took the forms to the DVLA & was given an appointment for a car inspection 7 days after.
It has now been 3 weeks & I am getting hostile letters from Sureterm about forfeiting my annual insurance fee - again. They do make a lot of money this way. On a previously occasion I tried to register the car, got my insurance, paid in full. But for 1 reason or another (I cant remember, was 4+ years ago) I did not do it. I was told be Sureterm that I could notify them within the 14 days & get my money back (bar a handling fee). This I did. But no money. Now the insurance is made up of the insurers fee £121.49. Sureterms own fee £130.13. Totaling £251.62. If the insurance does not go through, they keep their £130, plus get back the underwriters £121. Double bubble.
So to help me. - Membership proof please.
