Driving schools

Hi all, several years ago I was bought a 'driving experience' as a gift at Oulton Park, and really enjoyed myself! I would like to have a go at a school rather than just an experience, preferably hillclimb, but as I don't have a car (other than my road car) I would have to find a school with their own.
Does anybody out there have any ideas or recomendations?
I live near Liverpool /Chester and would like to find somewhere not to far away.
Thanks Pete

If you use their car it will cost you £300 or more plus the venue and it'll be a track because I know of no hillclimb venues hiring out cars

If you ever get down my way I'd be happy to show you the way around Goodwood for a donation to my test fee of £130 half day . You could only drive if you hold a race licence or a speed A licence though  I can't get into trackdays there due to the db's limit of 98db's :(
On test days with just 5 cars on track the limit is 105db's.

Now there's food for thought!!
I don't hold any track licence at all, maybe the ards course would be useful???

Yes , definitely . It gives you a much better choice of where to track your car plus there are no boy racers losing it in front of you OR hitting you  My experience of trackdays has been mixed regarding safety . When licence holders are on track things are more measured and I don't mean SLOW either :P Decibels at 105db's is easier too.
