Curborough sprint

I've been invited by a supplier to take my stylus to a Porsche sprint meet at Curborough - I've been given special discompensation for some reason, although I'm expecting for the majority of Porsche owners to look down their noses at me. :(

Anyway, I am 100% committed to totally whooping their expensive Porsche arses with my rude, noisey Stylus!
Who's done Curborough? any tips???

Yes , did it twice a year , sometimes three times for 5 years . Lots of time can be wasted at the start so the first 64 feet are vital to a good time ---- not too much wheelspin and don't stall :P

If it's the double lap then be careful not to brake '' too '' late for the right turn in on the 2nd lap --- it only wastes time getting it all together again . At the very far end of the course(right hander)leave turning in for the late apex until you almost pass the access road on the left AND make sure you're hard over to the left THEN apex and let it drift out to the grass(not on it)

Agressive BUT smooth does it here  Good luck :P

There is new tarmac for the 1st part of the circuit going into Woodside. Also it covers Flagpole corner. This was very slippy. You can run flat out until the Mole Hill :o But build up to it. As rob said, brake early for the Flag Pole Corner if its a 2 lapper. There is a vast difference in grip between the old & new tarmac.

Are you being timed? It would be good to see some data from another Stylus. Have a great time.
