Is there anyone with a SSC roll bar fitted who could measure from the floor behind the seat to the cross bar where the harness bolts go in and how far a part the 2 holes are on each side as may have the chance of of getting a couple of alluminum seats cut and would need to add to the drawing the harness holes. No chance of seeing mine for while.

Hi George
Are you thinking vertical rollbar with rear stays (like Rob's), or the later leaning forward type, with forward stays (like mine & now converted to full cage) ?

Right George , I hope these are what you're after as my bar was made by Tim for me with the dimentions I asked for . All bars mount from the same chassis top plate though so should be ok. From the seatback ledge to the top of the crossbar is 10ins . The threaded inserts are mounted on top of the crossbar , starting 3.25 ins from the upright to insert centre and 7.25 ins centres/ apart . They lean around 15 to 20 degrees towards the front of the car . The top of the roll bar is 23.75 ins from the ledge/ behind seatbacks and the uprights are 35 ins apart internal measurement. I took photos before realising that I couldn't add them from the PC as it's still defunct . I get browser access via my iPhone only . Hope this helps mate

Sorry , didn't realise you'd need that . Obviously the steel seatpan back is slanted a little but the measurement from floor to ledge is 16ins .
My seatback goes well above the crossbar to catch my helmet so the seat has two large holes for the harnesses to pass through , level with my shoulders when seated.
