It is possible, the lad just did, almost 4 now but fell asleep in the striker while driving. Even revving the engine didn't awake him. 50cm from the exhaust.

When mine was roadgoing my cousin(another petrolhead)fell asleep coming back from a party at Liphook. It pitch black with my tatty headlights with the heater flat out , neither of us had hats on or they'd have blown off flying along the A3 then the M25 at mostly 90 to 100 mph. He woke up when we slowed up to go down the ramp at Junc 20

Not long after I got the Stylus one of my friends had a good long kip in it all the way from Loughborough to Oxford with the roof down and no ear plugs in. Maybe the sound of the exhaust and the fresh air soothed him!

Well most parents find the children nod off once you're cruising so why not us
Having said that I'd never nod off with certain people at the wheel

I wasn't cruising, i can imagine doing some motorway miles, but this was a blast through the port of antwerp. All lights green, no traffic and no speedcamera's or police
