Mines (hopefully) going too...

Looks like mine isn't the only one up for sale at the moment!

Unfortunately I've decided it needs to go as I barely use it- too busy these days.

Re: Value?

I think so. Well I'm not sure! It's loads of fun, but woman isn't keen and I don't use it a huge amount for various reasons that aren't the cars fault, so it'll probably be up for sale in the spring. But then I take it out, a 20 minute spin turns into a 2 hour blat across the countryside and I chang...

Re: Little BRG Stylus SOLD NOW !

Or ask the guys with dunnel engines on here what size bodies they have- the are a couple with 240 horse zetecs I think. Which would be close to your 200 @ rear wheels thing, and must be bloody fast

Re: Little BRG Stylus SOLD NOW !

If you don't mind experience over logic, I suggest you speak to an engine tuner about their recommendations. Bailey Motorsport are on the locostbuilders forum and seem pretty helpful as well as having a good reputation. He always suggests 45's for a zetec, but the ports on a ST170 are a good bit lar...

Re: Do we know these?

That's a good lump of power, but it looks suspiciously like VVT controlled on/off rather than PWM from looking at the torque spike after 4k. Still, I bet it goes like stink and sounds great doing it!

Re: Wishbones etc

Well I'll let you know soon! Mine is to be a road car over track, but I wanted it adjustable so I can get it setup right without spending a complete fortune. Hence asking Rob! I considered using Mk2 Escort rally parts (which are available in bushed versions) but an 'off Rob's shelf' solution was mor...
