My 15x7 wheels won't fit with my new brakes, they are et22-35 offset (i don't understand but thats what it says on the rim) the calliper sticks out from the hub by 12mm the wheels have an anoying little ridge see photo that the caliper hits
now if i put 15mm spacers on them the wheels will stick out to far, would an et15 offset cure this or will the wheels still stick out
or do i just hunt for a set of wheels without the ridge( our honda doesn't have them but has the wrong stud pattern)

The smaller the ET value , the further out the wheels will protrude plus it wont make any difference to the caliper clearing the wheel. It simply tells you how many mm's the bolting face is from the wheel centre. Can't advise on fitting because you have an RT . Measure from the bolting face on the hub to a spirit level vertical to the arch ---- then that's how many mm's you need from wheel bolting face to the outside of the tyre. Compare that with your existing wheels and note the difference -- BINGO = answer

The wheels are the right offset, guess i'll have to find a set without that lip

Already clocked my good man, i could probably use the 0 offset on the rear but the fronts would be a problem and for a few quid more i could have these, http://www.polleymotorsport.co.uk/wheel ... xr-sml.gif i still have other bits to buy though.
