01686 413000 number not in use?

Post by RTV8 »

As usual tried my daily call to Tim as I have done for the last 4 weeks but instead of just ringing and ringing the number appears now to be no longer in use? Am I being paranoid, can someone else try and confirm their findings please?

I hope I am wrong!

This is worrying not least for those of us with completed cars, but more so for all of those people who are part way through their build and who may have also paid for parts up front yet to be delivered!!

I just hope that it is either tempory or we will get news soon that as the rumours suggest SSC has a new owner

Before every one gives up try leaving a message on Tim's mobile - 07876082190 or E-mailing -tim@stylussportscars.com

I saw him 2 weeks ago and as has already been mentiond he is trying to keep SSC going however he is having to work away to make ends meet while he trys to sort some personal problems.

been trying his mobile for the last 2 weeks with no joy! sent e-mails too!
i appreciate that he might be working else where to make ends meet, but if he is going to ignore his customers and potential customers, then we will go else where!

There is no doubt about it - it's a appauling way to run a businees.

I do appreciate he may have some major problems, but not communicating with your entire customer base is no way to solve them. A post or two on here, or a quick reply to a few emails takes absolutely no time at all. Lets be honest here - his communcation and business dealing with deliveries have been poor to say the least for a very long time.

On a personal note I've met him a few times and had long chats on the phone and he's always been very helpful - I like the guy.

Either sell it or deal with your customers.

I run a small business and if I did this I would have no business left in a very short space of time. The same thing has/is happeneing to other kitcar manufacturers who don't look after their customers and they've all gone down the pan.

Would you recommend to anybody to buy a Stylus? I wouldn't...... lovely though the car is the company backup is next to useless. I've emailed him for a hood and anti roll bar, both of which he has in stock (or did) and would be a very easy £500 in his pocket - no reply........ all he would have to do is box them up and send them off - 15 minutes work.

Rant over - back to work :? :?
