unfortunately due to current circumstances i may be considering very soon selling my stylus RT
i have not decided on a price yet. does anybody have an idea as to what it may be worth?
i have decided to sell as i do not get the time to use the car as much as i'd like and i think someone else would enjoy the car and not let it sit in a garage feeling sorry for its self. its only done about 2500 miles since i built it and i think it has been built to a reasonable standard.
any help and advice would be much appreciated.
i will be staying in touch with everyone on the site though as who knows when circumstances may change again!
possibly time to sell my pride and joy

Re: possibly time to sell my pride and joy
with the current economic situation, none are getting sold unless for silly money.
So you'd better hold on till times get better, at least untill weather is better again.
Put yourself in possible buyer, noone is going to buy a quite expensive toy just to put it in the garage for 6 months, unless it's a bargain

very true! the sale will probably not go ahead until the other side of new year anyway unless i get a decent offer. i'm not in a hurry to sell. i just think someone would have much more use out of it than me and it just burns a hole in my pocket being taxed and insured but never driven.

Re: possibly time to sell my pride and joy
Nooooo don't even think about it
However much of a pain the legal bits are, there's always that thought you can blow the cob-webs out of your ears every so often.
Where else can you get the performance for the £££.
You'd get bored & end up buying a TVR or a Jap rocket ship. Back to sq.1 with the legals, plus potentially expensive maintenance.
A least a kit is simple, from (mostly) cheap parts, and you know it inside & out.
Once its gone.... its gone.....
Add to that a big hit in the £££ pocket for a crap sale price =
If you're really not going to use it for a while, mothball the car & change the insurance to static/storage (ie no road cover).
Why should someone else get the benefit of your labour, for a bargain price ?
Just my 2 pennies
