Some pics of Llandow. I am trying to get a video up also.

I got a smart phone a couple of weeks ago & downloaded an app for data logging. Haven't got to total grips with it yet, but we did use it the weekend. It can show split times, speeds etc. At a quick glance it suggests we are upto 30mph slower on the straights than our competitors :o

I will try & understand it properly. Very interesting though.

Yep -- been there twice a season until I stopped chasing points seriously ---- takes concentration to get it right , especially the braking point/turn in on a double lapper :P
I just love the Stylus but she keeps swallowing £££ !

Had another good day. Liz did exceptionally well by instantly bettering her time for last year by 4s on the 1st run. I was around the same times as last year all day. I did however improve on my class record time of last year by 1/2 a second. It was a close run thing as Les in a Lotus was quicker than me for most of the day. He still beat the class record but was .3 of a second of my best in the end.

Our start times where quite slow, 2.65 to 3 seconds. I tried different ways of pulling off the line but could not improve. An Austin A40 (standard) timed 2.5!! So it must of been my fault. The tarmac had been replaced after the finish lane running down to the start. This was very slippy. Breaking & then turning into the 2nd lap was very tricky with loads of grip on the old tarmac to skidding everywhere on the new.

That's a good read Kev . Very well done ---- you're on a roll :P The SBD campionship gets great coverage in the mag's too. Something our acsmc champ 'p doesn't get. Shame Tim's not operating SSC and reaping the benefit of your efforts
