ACSMC Speed Championship 2011

I hadn't kept an account of my position in this 2011 Championship as I assumed there'd be more entries from others this year but 2011 has also been less entries due to cash again I suppose. Anyway my two 1st's in class and a 2nd in class at Goodwood plus the Eelmoor 1st in class has netted me the Sports Libre class Championship again

A very pleasing result for my number of entries . When the economy wakes up again and more competitors enter 8 to 15 events , as used to be the case , my fun will probably come to a halt due to my lack of entries.

This year the awards are being held at Brooklands where they always were , so that'll be a nice day out on the 5th Feb 2012 .

Awards ceremony is at 2-45pm but the bar/restaurant will be open at lunch time . H'mmm , may just eat there then wander into the bar till 2.45pm or look around the museum

Another ' pot ' for the 2011 Championship collected today --- worth going out in the snow for
