IVA manual?

Perhaps a naive question - is there such a thing as an IVA manual yet? Or is it still sufficient to work off the SVA manual?

And if SVA is still ok, does anyone have a more recent version than 2004 that I could borrow?
If we were meant to walk we would not have invented the car. ;o))
