i made my own ones of these. i got a 2" thick piece of wood and held it against the end of the curved part of the car, drew the curved profile onto the wood using the car as the template, then cut out the shape using a band saw. you could probably use a jigsaw though. i then got the female curv...

i don't have rear wheel arch liners at all on my car. i haven't even painted the arches and also the front i do not have any. only something that attaches the lower part of the bodywork to the chassis rail to stop the body flexing where it was cut for the flip front

the front caliper in the picture above looks very much like my sierra calipers.

i drove my stylus to work all of last winter and had to scrape frost off the seats to drive home after a 12 hour night shift. thats good fun. well worth trying. i'm looking forward to getting back on the road again at the end of this month after a break for christmas.

it didn't help having a nasty accident on one of the stages earlier in the day. the air ambulance was called but had to go to something even more important but we had to wait a long time for that.

yeah it made it into a really long day! about an hour of cars then a 2 hour wait until the next lot. still, there aren't that many loos surface rally's in the south of the country so its a good one to go and see.
